Costing

Our policy ensures competitive prices and the ease of online reservation booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices on our website are per person and do not cover expenses such as tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, beverages or food, lodging, room services, or laundry. The displayed rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially in the case of unforeseen events like increases in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made via credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to finalize the transaction. This will appear as a charge on your statement.

Payment Confirmation

Once your money has been received, our travel advisors will send you a confirmation slip via email. Its print can be shown as proof of payment to the service provider in order to redeem your trip package. However, be certain that you gave accurate information about your travel needs at the time of booking.

Policy on Cancellation and No-Show

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel is governed by its specific cancellation policy. Prior to booking any activity with Sougat Tours, clients are required to familiarize themselves with the cancellation policy associated with that particular tour.

Combo tours are eligible for cancellation; however, if any of the single tours within the combo are cancelled, the combo offer becomes void.

In such cases, Sougat Tours will assess the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.

Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made through Rayna’s website. Alternatively, clients may opt for excursions and services listed as alternatives.

4.2 No-Show

Full or partial refunds are not applicable if you fail to show up for the tour. This policy also extends to unused tickets, sightseeing excursions, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is similarly not permitted for confirmed excursions, airport transfers, and other travel-related activities.

Procedures for Cancellation

We advise you to carefully review the cancellation terms relevant to your travel package before initiating a cancellation. In the event you wish to cancel either the entire reservation or a portion of it, kindly inform Let Sky Tours in writing. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and notify you of any applicable charges through email, fax, or phone. Let Sky Tours cannot be held responsible for cancellations that are not communicated by you or validated by our team.

Changes to the Itinerary

The routes and services included in your package may be subject to changes based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and various other factors. In such instances, we will provide suitable alternatives of comparable value, if available. Any modifications to the itinerary will be communicated to you before departure. Please note that Let Sky Tours reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary at any time without compensation. Additionally, no refunds are possible in the case of a major disaster, such as a flood or earthquake

Hotel Accommodations & Check-in – Check-out Procedures

If we are unable to secure a room for you at your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative within a similar budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies are determined by the chosen hotel. Let Sky Tours is not responsible for any unmet early or late check-in/check-out requests due to the hotel’s busy schedule.

Travel Protection Insurance

Let Sky Tours assumes no responsibility for any losses arising from accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. To address unforeseen situations, it is advisable for travelers to secure travel insurance.

Travel Documentation

Each visitor is responsible for ensuring they possess the required documentation for the tour, such as a passport or a valid ID card, particularly important for international visitors. No reimbursement will be provided in case of loss or damage to these documents.

Restrictions on Website Use

Let Sky Tours retains ownership of all content on this website, including the logo, photos, trip package information, price data, and other relevant information. Therefore, by using this website, you agree not to use its content for any non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
