• Snow Bullet is permitted only for visitors above 8 years, with a height above 125cm, and weighing between 30 – 120 kg.
• Access to the ski slope is only for expert skiers/snowboarders.
• Certain rides and activities have height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the penguin area.
• Eating and drinking are allowed only inside the café.
• Optional activities are subject to availability.
• Operating hours: Sunday – Saturday, 09:00 am – 12:00 am.
• Snow Bullet timing: 03:00 pm – 11:00 pm (every day).
