Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure time are eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable.
• The eligible refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy:
• Entry is free for children aged 0 – 3 years and those below 1.3 meters.
• Child rates apply to children between the ages of 3 and 10.
• Full rates apply to children aged 10 and above.
